Pre-Orders
- All books are currently on pre-order. Production can take up to 2 weeks before shipping.

Shipping and delivery
- Orders are delivered via Fastway Couriers.
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days once the order has been collected.
- We are not responsible for delays or loss once the order is with the courier, though we follow up because we care.
- For outlying areas, please confirm delivery availability with Fastway Couriers.
Returns and refunds
- Each book is checked before shipping to ensure quality.
- We do not offer returns or refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
